The roadmap and plans were so well received that the previous engagement was extended to include a successful project to transition the legal firm from legacy systems to vendor-provisioned cloud services.

Planning has started on phase two of the improvement and updating of the firm's systems, which will include the development of a bespoke back-office system to provide significant increases in firm-wide efficiency and provide the leadership with enhanced MI.
